Tuna Noodle Salad

OMG, I can’t believe I haven’t added this recipe, as I make it many times over the summer. It’s easy to make, but it won’t last long. Everyone loves it! I always make a big bowl. Serves 8 (unless everyone takes seconds and thirds) Total Time: under 20 minutes


16 oz macaroni
1/2 large red onion, diced
2 stalks celery, diced
2 tablespoons dill relish
1 tablespoon old bay
1 cup mayonnaise, or more to taste
Salt and pepper, to taste
Garnish: 1 hard boiled egg, sliced lengthwise 


Cook the macaroni according to package instructions (I cooked 7 minutes) drain and rinse with cold water. Transfer to a large bowl. Add in the rest of the ingredients and mix well to combine and coat with the mayonnaise. Chill an hour or overnight (best cold). Adjust seasoning if needed. Top with sliced hard boiled egg. Yum Yum!
