Wow, this Honey Garlic Shrimp Skillet is super easy and boy does it look good. Only 5 ingredients and makes 4 servings. Keep it Keto friendly and serve them along with my Cheesy Garlic Roasted Asparagus or one of my favorites Bacon Wrapped Green Bean Bundles .
1 lb shrimp, cleaned and deveined
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 teaspoon garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon ginger, grated
4 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon freshly chopped cilantro to garnish
1/2 lime, cut in half to squeeze (optional)
In a small bowl combine the garlic, ginger, honey and soy sauce. Divide the sauce in half in another bowl. Season the shrimp with salt and pepper, then add them into one of the bowls, stir to coat and let sit for 15-30 minutes. When done discard the marinade. In a skillet on medium heat sauté the shrimp in olive oil until they are browned, about 1-2 minutes on each side. Make sure to get the bits on the bottom of the skillet. Sprinkle cilantro on top and serve with a wedge of lime, if desired. Yum Yum!
