Baked Ham with Tangerine Marmalade Glaze

Sunday dinner with family this Baked ham will serve 10-12. You have to make the Tangerine Marmalade Glaze first, which would take about 10 minutes.

Ingredients:

1/2 cup butter
Dash each allspice, nutmeg, ginger and mace
1 cup brown sugar, packed
1 tablespoon honey
1/4 cup flour
3/4 cup tangerine marmalade
2 cups cider

Directions:

Mix all ingredients in a saucepan and whisk until smooth. Heat to simmer and let cook about 10 minutes.

Ham Ingredients:

1 half of a ham with bone in (5 lbs)
Whole cloves
Tangerine Marmalade Glaze

Directions:

Remove any skin from ham and trim fat if very thick, but not all the fat. Score the fat to make a diamond pattern and insert the cloves at the intersections. Bake in a preheated 325F Oven 22-25 minutes a pound, or until an inserted meat thermometer reaches 160 degrees. Baste with the glaze the last 30 minutes of cooking time. Yum Yum!
