Crockpot Creamy Italian Chicken

The weekend is coming up and who doesn’t love a way to spend less time in the kitchen and more time enjoying this lovely summer weather with your family.   With only a prep time of 10 minutes you can have this Crockpot Creamy Italian Chicken ready in 5 hours. So you can enjoy your afternoon while your meal is cooking. Serves 8


4 medium skinless boneless chicken breasts 
1-2 teaspoons Mrs Dash original seasoning blend 
Dash of black pepper 
2 10oz cans of cream of chicken soup 
1 packet of Good Seasons Zesty Italian Dressing mix
1 8oz pkg cream cheese, cubed
1/4-1/2 cup of milk, if needed  
Chopped fresh parsley for garnish 
Serve over rice, noodles or mashed potatoes 


Spray interior of the crockpot with a nonstick cooking spray. Place chicken on the bottom and season with Mrs. Dash and pepper. Cover chicken with the soup and the Italian dressing mix. Top with cubed cream cheese. Cover and cook low 5-6 hours or high only 4 hours. 

Shred chicken with two forks and mix with the creamy sauce. If it’s too thick add some milk. Serve over rice, noodles or mashed potatoes and garnish with a sprinkle of freshly chopped parsley. Yum Yum!
