I’ve never had Yum Yum sauce before, have you? So, when I went to Sam’s Club I picked up a bottle. Thought the Yum Yum sauce would be a great dip for teriyaki shrimp that I’m going to skewer and grill on my new stove top grill. Which shouldn’t take more than a few minutes + marinade time. Serves 6
1 1/2 lbs raw deveined shrimp
3/4 cup teriyaki sauce
2 tablespoons olive oil
Yum Yum sauce for dipping
Place shrimp in large resealable plastic bag or glass dish. Add teriyaki sauce turn to coat well. Refrigerate 15 to 30 minutes. (Marinate seafood no longer than 30 minutes) Remove shrimp from Marinade. Discard any remaining Marinade. Thread shrimp onto skewers. Drizzle grill with oil. Grill skewers over medium-high heat 2 to 3 minutes per side or just until shrimp turn pink, brushing with reserved Marinade. Serve shrimp with Yum Yum Sauce and Asian salad, if desired. Yum Yum!
