It’s Not Your Typical Tuna Casserole


1 7oz pkg elbow macaroni 
1 tablespoon butter  
2 tablespoons onions, chopped 
1 can cream of mushroom soup 
1/2 cup water 
1/2 cup grated Amercan cheese 
1 6 1/2oz can tuna, flaked 
2 tablespoons sliced pimento 
 1 tablespoon dried parsley


Make your elbo macaroni according to the package instructions. Melt butter over medium heat in a skillet, then sauté the onions for 5 minutes. Add in the soup, water, cheese, tuna and pimento. Stir until the cheese melts. Add in the macaroni and cook uncovered for 5 minutes. Garnish with parsley. Makes 4-6 servings. Yum Yum!
