OMG this Banana Pudding with Macadamia Nuts is delicious!
16 oz instant cheesecake filling
5 cups milk
1 1/2 oz whipped cream
13 Macadamia nut cookies, crumbled
1/2 Macadamia nuts, chopped
5 large bananas, peeled and sliced 1/4” pieces
3 cups chantilly cream
In a medium size bowl, mix the instant cheesecake mix with milk and the whipped cream. Refrigerate to set. Crumble cookies and chop up the nuts into pebble size pieces. In the cheesecake mixture fold in the banana slices. Line the bottom of your serving dish with the crumbled cookies, then add the cheesecake banana mixture, top with the chantilly cream and sprinkle on the chopped macadamia nuts Yum Yum!
Chantilly cream is used to fill French pastry. You only need 3 ingredients to combine and beat with a hand mixer until soft peaks form.

6 tablespoons powdered sugar (icing sugar)
