Dutch Styled Pancakes

Ok this was a mistake as I was trying to make some chocolate chip pancakes for my granddaughter. As I was adding 4 eggs I thought it was a bit unusual for pancakes.

Then I noticed it was Dutch style pancakes. Starting over for my granddaughter, I decided to go ahead and finish making this recipe. I don't have a pie plate or iron skillet, so I used a 8x8 baking dish. Which worked out fine, I'd rate this recipe as a 5 out of 10. It wasn't bad, but I doubt if I'll make it again.
